For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Mario's Cyberspace Station employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

The same stands for certain government, military and other official sites you could visit using Mario's links. They claim that except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits, and raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular destruction in accordance with U.S. National Archives and Records Administration General Schedule 20.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on these services are also strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the U.S. National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.


If anything seen (or because you didn't find something you were looking for) at Mario's Cyberspace Station drove you crazy, furious, hilarious, aggressive, revengeful or paranoid, depressed and suicidal, please don't blame Mario but contact your psychiatrist immediately (at your own expense, of course) !
