Croatian newspaper Vecernji List published Dec. 14 1997 this facsimile received by mail from an anonymous sender. The facsimile shows two pages of forged Slovak diplomatic Passport nr. 0003116 - 7SVK4505178M02310815721 - 53 with the photo of Radovan Karadzic, wanted war criminal aka Radomir Kadlec which might explain how come that Karadzic was seen traveling freely in Europe outside Bosnia and Herzegovina where he had to be arrested by SFOR.
    According to the writen explanation the newspaper received from the Ambassador prof. Matus Kucera, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in Zagreb, the diplomatic passport Nr. 0003116 - 7SVK4505178M02310815721 - 53 was issued july 3, 1997 (forged passport has the date of issue 05.08.1997. and "expires" 31.08.2002.) to the wife of an Slovak diplomat. This one is a badly falsified one under the name of certain Radomir Kadlec, born 17.05.1945. in Bratislava, but the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Slovak Republic had never employed a person under that name.
