It was Correspondant Warren Levine of The Cargo Letter who first broke the major world story on 21 Feb '96 regarding China Vs. Taiwan, long before any world notice of the issue. Since then Warren has personally traveled to the site of the so-called P.R.C. "War Games" and then on to the interior of China in order to obtain first hand accounts for this international crisis in concert with his many in-country contacts and personal language ability as an experienced journalist and trade executive.
Warren's daily dispatches for are always posted at The Cargo Letter web site, and The Cargo Letter - Interpool Trade & Transportation Internation Resource Links Page
